Katie Payne is in her 2nd season with the Cleveland Guardians as a Strategy Analyst on the Strategy and Business Analytics team. Over the last year Katie has worked on projects supporting both revenue generating and non-revenue generating departments, developing organizational planning processes, improving business efficiencies, and implementing tracking mechanisms. In her role, Katie works with leaders across the organization to drive strategic initiatives that propel organizational advancement.
In addition to working at the Guardians, Katie has experience in healthcare consulting and collegiate athletics. Katie has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Olaf College and a dual MBA/MSA Degree from Ohio University.
