The NSF SAMMY (Sales Advertising Marketing Management Idea of the Year) Award recognizes the year’s most outstanding idea in regards to the overall objective, action and results. It was developed to give recognition to organizations who came up with a stellar idea, and followed through; generating higher ticket sales, activating more sponsorships, inking more deals and showing big results.
A superior judging panel, consisting of sports industry professionals from the pro and collegiate teams in San Diego, CA review all of the SAMMY submissions and narrow them down to the six best ideas of the year. Finalists are chosen based on how well they executed their idea to see serious results.
Each of the six finalists gave an eight minute presentation for a special SAMMY Award finalists session at the 2020 National Sports Forum in Atlanta (February 9-11, 2020) where NSF Attendees determined the winner.
It’s simple – All you need to do is answer three questions:
1. What was your OBJECTIVE?
2. What ACTION did you take to accomplish that objective?
3. What was the RESULT of that action?
Any work in accordance with the category specifications that was produced, published or released between September 2018 and October 2019 may be entered.
