Ron Seaver

President

Ron Seaver founded the National Sports Forum in 1996 as a way for the different teams, leagues, and events in North America to come together to share best practices in ticket sales, marketing, sponsorship sales, business development, and fan entertainment.

As President of the National Sports Forum, Ron works closely with the NSF Steering Committee on the planning of the agenda as well as selection of speakers, panelists, and session leaders for the annual conference.

Ron's career in the sports industry spans over 40 years. Prior to starting the Forum, Ron worked on the team side as well as the agency side of the sports industry.

Melody Forstie

Sr. Manager, Marketing & Communications

As a Marketing & Communications Sr. Manager for the National Sports Forum, Melody is responsible for running the marketing department and creating strategies to promote the NSF conference, summits, and webinars on all marketing platforms. She also manages the competitions and awards that take place at the NSF conference, including the Case Cup, Challenge Cup, ADchievemnt Award, and SAMMY Award.

Prior to joining the National Sports Forum in June 2022, Melody worked in the Information Technology industry as a Client Success Manager managing Microsoft Partner accounts, focusing on sales and marketing strategies. In 2020, she graduated as a scholar-athlete (Women's Softball) from California State University, San Marcos with a Business Marketing degree. When Melody is not at office, she will be at Padres Games, roller skating, playing slow-pitch softball, or at the beach.

Isabelle Madrid

Manager, Communications

As a Communications Manager for the National Sports Forum, Izzy is responsible for the creation and execution of strategies to promote the NSF conference, summits, and webinars on all marketing platforms. She also manages the BDSE Program and Project Possible award for the NSF conference.

Prior to joining the National Sports Forum in July 2022, Izzy graduated from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ with a B.S in Strategic Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. In her free time, Izzy enjoys attending sports games, exploring San Diego and trying new foods. She is originally from Phoenix, Arizona.

Emily Crawford

Director, Events and Operations

As Events and Operations Director for the National Sports Forum, Emily is responsible for executing all events of the NSF, as well as oversee the internal operations of the agency.

Prior to joining the National Sports Forum in June 2022, Emily lived in Pensacola, FL where she worked in the country club industry as a Membership and Events Director. In 2017, she graduated from Plymouth State University, NH with a Sport Management degree. In her free time, she enjoys exploring San Diego, going to the beach and the zoo. She is originally from Boston, MA.

Gioella Falcone

Manager, Events and Operations

As an Events and Operations Manager for the National Sports Forum, Gio is responsible for the pre-planning and coordinating of all the logistics for the National Sports Forum.

Prior to joining the National Sports Forum in July 2022, Gio graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and HR Management. Gio was born and raised in San Diego, CA. In her free time, she enjoys staying active and going to the beach.

Tyler Santos

Sr. Director, Business Development

As Sr. Director, Business Development for the National Sports Forum, Tyler is responsible for generating sales leads, selling Attendee Badges and Trade Show Booths, as well as developing sponsorship packages for the NSF Conference & Trade Show.

Prior to joining the National Sports Forum in the summer of 2022, Tyler graduated from Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX with a B.A in Business, where he also played lacrosse. He is originally from San Diego, CA. In his free time Tyler enjoys going to the beach, playing basketball, and coaching lacrosse.

Jalen Metsch

Business Development Specialist

As Business Development Specialist for the National Sports Forum, Jalen is responsible for prospecting sales leads, generating potential sponsorship opportunities, selling Attendee Badges and Trade Show Booths, as well as developing partnerships for National Sports Forum.

Prior to joining the National Sports Forum in the Fall of 2022, Jalen spent time in sales with the Kansas City Chiefs and graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.S in Sport Management. Jalen is originally from Carlsbad, CA and enjoys spending his free time on the golf course.

Max Gilman

Prior to joining the National Sports Forum in October of 2022, Max graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with a Bachelors in Sport Management. He is originally from Lowell, MA. In his free time he enjoys golfing, watching movies and tv shows, and attending sporting events, concerts, and comedy shows.
