Ron Seaver founded the National Sports Forum in 1996 as a way for the different teams, leagues, and events in North America to come together to share best practices in ticket sales, marketing, sponsorship sales, business development, and fan entertainment.
As President of the National Sports Forum, Ron works closely with the NSF Steering Committee on the planning of the agenda as well as selection of speakers, panelists, and session leaders for the annual conference.
Ron's career in the sports industry spans over 40 years. Prior to starting the Forum, Ron worked on the team side as well as the agency side of the sports industry.

As Marketing & Communications Manager for the National Sports Forum, Izzy oversees the marketing department and is responsible for the strategy, creation and execution of all external communication to promote the NSF conference, summits, and webinars on all marketing platforms. She also manages the BDSE Program and oversees all of the NSF Awards and Competitions (Project Possible Award, Case Cup, Challenge Cup, and the SAMMY/ADchievement awards.
Prior to joining the National Sports Forum in July 2022, Izzy graduated from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ with a B.S in Strategic Communications and an emphasis in Public Relations. In her free time, Izzy enjoys attending sports games, exploring San Diego and trying new foods. She is originally from Phoenix, Arizona.

As Events and Operations Director for the National Sports Forum, Emily is responsible for executing all events of the NSF, as well as oversee the internal operations of the agency.
Prior to joining the National Sports Forum in June 2022, Emily lived in Pensacola, FL where she worked in the country club industry as a Membership and Events Director. In 2017, she graduated from Plymouth State University, NH with a Sport Management degree. In her free time, she enjoys exploring San Diego, going to the beach and the zoo. She is originally from Boston, MA.
As Events and Operations Coordinator for the National Sports Forum, Ailish is responsible for assisting the events Director in the preplanning and coordinating of all logistics for the National Sports Forum.
Prior to joining the National Sports Forum in July 2023, Ailish worked in event operations for an art museum in La Jolla. In 2021, she graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with an emphasis in Meetings and Events. Ailish is originally from San Jose, CA. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and going to the beach.

Prior to joining the National Sports Forum in the summer of 2022, Tyler graduated from Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX with a B.A in Business, where he also played lacrosse. He is originally from San Diego, CA. In his free time Tyler enjoys going to the beach, playing basketball, and coaching lacrosse.

Prior to joining the National Sports Forum in the Fall of 2022, Jalen spent time in sales with the Kansas City Chiefs and graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.S in Sport Management. Jalen is originally from Carlsbad, CA and enjoys spending his free time on the golf course.
