My name is James Smith and I’m a Manager of Service & Retention here at Madison Square Garden
Sports. I oversee our Membership Service Team which is our entry-level service team focusing on New York Knicks and Rangers Season Ticket Members.
Prior to MSG Sports, I began my sports business career in 2020 as a Sales Associate at Harris Blitzer
Sports & Entertainment selling full menu memberships for the Philadelphia 76ers. In 2021, I transitioned to MSG Sports and began my career as a Membership Service Representative working directly under Erin Felix, one of our Senior Managers of Service & Retention. As a long-time resident of New Jersey and descendant of two Queens New York natives, it’s been a dream to represent MSG. I’m grateful to now have a role focused on finding and developing the next generation of sales & service superstars!
