Chanelle S. Reynolds is the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Programs Lead at the Washington Commanders, the first person to ever have this role. 8 years ago she started her career as an account executive in the NBA G League at the Philadelphia 76ers NBA G League Affiliate, the Delaware Blue Coats.  Additionally, Chanelle is an author, podcaster, and international speaker. She has graced stages alongside industry greats such as Jemele Hill & Sha’Carri Richardson. While fulfilling this big task, simultaneously, Chanelle founded the Commanders’ first employee resource group alongside other key colleagues.
