Eboni Wilson is the Vice President of Guest Experience at UBS Arena. In this role, she oversees the Guest Experience team which is responsible for the operation of general concourse and premium team members, leaders of the service culture, and overall guest experience. Before joining UBS Arena, Eboni was Director, Guest Services at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV. She has over 15 years of industry experience working with clients such as NBA, NHL, NCAA, Live Nation, and ASM.
Eboni is an active of the industry community. A member of the International Association of Venue Manager. (IAVM) She is Chair of the Diversity, Inclusion, & Leadership committee as well as a program chair member for the Guest and Arena committee. Eboni is membership chair for the Oak View Group Women’s employee resource group.
Eboni received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. As a continually learner she reads books, listen to podcasts, and attends YouTube University regularly.
