Mosley joined the Nashville Predators in the spring of 2012. In her 12th season with the team, she oversees HR operations for the Predators, Bridgestone Arena, Ford Ice Centers, and Sabertooth Sports & Entertainment. She enjoys giving back to the community via the Predators’ Hearts of Gold program, is part of the Youth Ministries team at her church, and has served as an Executive Committee Member for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Mosley is a Nashville-area native, and prior to her arrival in Smashville, she spent several years working in HR for Tractor Supply Company, headquartered just south of Nashville in her hometown of Brentwood. Mosley received her B.A in English from The University of Tennessee and is a graduate of Nashville School of Law. She began her career in Smashville as an HR Generalist and has held roles as Director, Sr. Director, Vice President, and Sr. Vice President of HR. She was promoted to her current role of Chief People Officer in October of 2023. Mosley resides in Nashville with her husband, Philip, and their two children, Watson and Annie.
