Bridget Kakos has been with the Cleveland Browns organization since 2004. Her first position was Coordinator, Browns Backers Worldwide, where she managed the communication plans, event programming and membership benefits for the entire Browns Backers Worldwide Fan Base, spanning the globe. In 2008, she took the position as Manager, Client Services within the Corporate Sponsorship department. In this role, Kakos managed the relationships of over 25 corporate partners. In 2014 she was promoted to Director of Partnership Activation, and in 2021 was promoted to Sr. Director. In her current role, Kakos oversees the management of all corporate partnerships for the team (approx. 130), where her staff delivers best in class and measurable activations and promotions for their partners.
Kakos is originally from Youngstown, OH and graduated from the University of Mount Union in 2002 with a B.A. in Sports Management. She currently serves on the Sports Business Advisory Board for Mount Union. She resides in Olmsted Township with her husband, Shannon, daughter Katherine and son Connor.
