Laura Humphreys is entering her 16th NFL season and her 14th with the Baltimore Ravens, currently serving as senior manager of marketing and activation. In this role, she oversees several fan development initiatives and collaborates with the partnerships team to develop fully integrated programs for the brand, fans and team partners. Her unique role has enabled her to take part in the launch of several new programs at the Ravens, such as the Flock fan network, the “Tackling Addition” campaign & fundraiser, launch of the Ravens Gaming League (esports) and, most recently, establishing the “Purple Ticket to Health” program aimed at reducing obesity and diabetes amongst the fan base and great Maryland community.
Prior to her work in marketing, Humphreys’ career began in corporate sales as a client services representative, both at the Ravens and for two years with the San Francisco 49ers at the beginning of her career.
Humphreys earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland in 2007 and was a co-founding member of the school’s Sports Business Society, which is still active today. She currently sits on the Ravens Diversity Action Committee, aimed at creating an inclusive environment within the organization and amongst the Baltimore community. As a breast cancer survivor, she also volunteers with “Survivors Offering Support (SOS) for the St. Joseph Medical Center, offering peer mentorship and support for breast cancer patients undergoing treatment.
