Kaia Thompson is the current Manager of Membership Sales for D.C. United overseeing a team of 6 account executives. She joined the club in October 2021 after being a Corporate Ticket Sales Manager for her hometown team the Indiana Pacers.

Her career began as an Inside Sales Representative for the Chicago Bulls and her first time attending NSF was in 2021 as a member of the BDSE cohort.
