Craig is entering his 19th season with the Minnesota Twins and has held various roles during his career with the organization, including Business Development Representative, Manager of New Business Development, Senior Manager of Season Ticket Retention and currently holds the position as the Director of Season Memberships and Retention. He is responsible for managing a staff that executes the annual renewal and servicing of all traditional season ticket accounts for the Twins, along with overseeing the loyalty and benefit program that delivers added value for those members. Craig is also heavily involved in creating content and implementing the communication strategy for season ticket holders. His willingness to bring fresh ideas and innovation to key initiatives and strategies has helped make the Minnesota Twins a leader in Major League Baseball in the retention side of the business. Craig graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts, Major in Communication and a Minor in Marketing.Dir
