Stutman finished off the webinar by talking about their beloved mascot, @GrittyNHL that has become an international phenomenon. She stated that "We originally created Gritty to engage our younger fan base but were surprised to see how much millennial and GenX took to him."
Stutman stated that they are making renovations to the Wells Fargo Center, which will include the largest arena scoreboard in the NBA & NHL, and features on the concourse to enhance the experience. She added "We want to make this 22 year old building feel as new as possible."
Cindy Stutman from the @NHLFlyers closed out our webinar talking about some of the marketing initiatves the Flyers have planned for the upcoming season. She stated they are focusing on personal fans to find "similar people to connect with and hopefully convert them into fans."
Scibetti then finished off his presentation by providing results that you will see from using these methods. Some of the results he provided, included a "faster turnaround from gathering data to taking action" and "no lost leads."
