Steve Dupee joined BeCore in June of 2018. BeCore, one of the most dynamic experiential marketing agencies in the industry, has been creating impactful live experiences (and more recently virtual and hybrid experiences), connecting brands and consumers for more than 20 years. At BeCore, Steve leads the overall business efforts of the agency, ensuring strategy, creative, client services, production, operations and business development teams are all delivering maximum value to BeCore’s clients, including the likes of Red Bull, White Claw, Microsoft, Amazon, MLB Players Inc., and more.
Prior to joining BeCore, Steve spent nearly 16 years at GMR Marketing in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as Executive Vice President of Business Development and Marketing Communications, where he was responsible for distinguishing the GMR brand, and driving new business efforts across GMR’s global footprint, creating solutions for potential clients through sports, music, entertainment, and lifestyle focused platforms.
Steve also spent more than a decade leading the sponsorship and experiential marketing efforts of multiple GMR clients, including Comcast, Hershey’s and Miller Brewing Company. Helping those brands identify, negotiate, activate and measure their sponsorships across the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NASCAR, NCAA, esports, music festivals, entertainment venues and more.
Steve is a recipient of both the Milwaukee Business Journal and SportsBusiness Journal “40 Under 40” awards. He is an emeritus member of the National Sports Forum Steering Committee, and serves as an Advisory Board member for both Navigate Research and Full Sail University’s Sports Marketing & Media program.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Steve, his wife Sarah and their four children live in Manhattan Beach, CA.
