Key signatures for any organization Rob Sine runs are: 1. ‘Hope’ is not a strategy, 2. Understand your WHY, and 3. Character and commitment are non-negotiable. These three signatures have become the guide for Sine as a successful business operations chief at the highest levels of professional sport, collegiate sport and the entertainment industry across North America.
Sine was named President of IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions in 2015. He is responsible for success across all functional areas, both revenue and cost focused, including culture, finance, marketing, sales, information technology, legal and human resources. Focused areas are development and oversight of the marketing, branding, business operations and partner acquisitions for the joint venture between Endeavor/IMG and Learfield. Sine brings agency, professional and collegiate sports experience to this growing company of more than 40+ partners, and 160 employees who generate over $130M in revenue annually.
Prior to joining IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions, Sine served as Vice President, Ticketing for the Pac-12 Conference, in the first senior position of its kind at a Conference office. Highlights during his three-year tenure include working with Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott on global revenue initiatives, member institutions on driving ticket sales and donation revenue, and relocating the conference football championship and two post-season basketball tournaments to neutral sites; while working with the San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Storm and MGM to do so.
Roles preceding the Pac-12 Conference include founding and running his own sports and entertainment agency, Hands On Sports, and spending seven year building and running NBA ticket sales and service departments across the country.
Sine currently lives outside of Dallas, TX with his fiancé, four amazing daughters and is a key speaker annually at numerous high-level sports marketing and entertainment conferences.
