Paul Bee

Paul Bee is a graduate of Aquinas College, where he was a two-sport athlete in both Track and Basketball. His career commenced as an undergraduate, when he interned with the West Michigan Whitecaps as a Group Ticket Sales Representative.

After graduating with a dual major in Business and Communication, he began full-time work as an Inside Sales Representative with the Cleveland Cavaliers. While in Cleveland, he was promoted to Group Sales Account Executive, before transitioning to the role of Business Development Specialist. In that role, he focused on full season ticket sales, while building a more well-rounded leadership skillset.

After four and a half years with the Cavs, Paul seized the opportunity to start a Group Sales department with the Detroit Red Wings and Olympia Entertainment. He quickly took on the leadership role of Inside Sales Manager, which led to a spell as Group Sales Manager, before he was promoted to Director of Ticket Sales. As Director of Ticket Sales, Paul played a fundamental role in the opening and selling of Little Caesars Arena.

After seven years in Detroit, Paul joined the Milwaukee Bucks as Vice President of Ticket Sales. During his time there he was able to play a role in transitioning his team and the season ticket members into the Bucks new home, Fiserv Forum. Since opening Fiserv Forum Paul played an incremental role leading the sales and service team through the pandemic, which eventually led to the first NBA World Championship the city of Milwaukee has seen in fifty years.

Paul now serves as the Vice President of Ticket Sales and Service. He also serves as the President of Black Sports Professionals – Milwaukee Chapter, Vice President of DE&I for the Events Arena Marketing Conference and serves on the board for the Next Door Foundation. Joining him in Milwaukee is his beautiful family: wife Krystal, daughter Kennedy (8), and son Jaxson (4).
