EVP, Brand & Community
Michelle DeMott is a strategic marketing executive with a 30-year background in sports and entertainment. DeMott currently serves as EVP of Brand & Community for LAFC (Los Angeles Football Club) and Banc of California Stadium, where she is responsible for growing LAFC’s brand, building new audiences on a local and global level, and leading the organization’s community efforts in being a “Force For Good” in Los Angeles.
Prior to LAFC, DeMott was head of Global Partnerships for CLIF Bar & Company where she led business and community partnerships with iconic sports teams and properties. Before CLIF, she served as a senior marketing executive for Fairplex, a 500-acre sport, event and entertainment complex located in east Los Angeles County.
DeMott received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and masters’ of science in Leadership Management from the University of La Verne. She is an active adventurer and has competed in cycling and triathlon competitions, including the Ironman Triathlon.
