Michael Myers brings more than 20 years of sports and music marketing experience, currently serving as the CEO of The Sports Marketer and as Owner and Board Member, for BirdieBox, the premier luxury gifting concierge.
BirdieBox has changed luxury gifting from a painful process, to a simpler and more highly elevated experience, with 100+ luxury brand partners, and handling in-house personalization, packaging and a full logistics suite, for clients such as MSG (and 85+ other sports properties), PGA/LPGA/Champions events and countless golf clubs, Pepsi, DR Horton, Delta Airlines… and obviously, the National Sports Forum.
The Sports Marketer is an integrated sports marketing agency specializing in sponsorship, measurement, and influencer & experiential marketing. Aside from traditional sports and music marketing, TSM has carved out a niche as the experts in local recreational Sport and Social clubs, a vastly underserved and under-tapped market.
Prior to his tenures at Birdiebox and TSM, Myers spent 5 years overseeing national sponsorship/promotion for Live Nation Entertainment, with clients like Anheuser-Busch, Pepsi, Jack Daniels, BP, and many, many others.
Myers was fortunate to begin his career as part of the inaugural team at Scarborough Sports Marketing, many years ago and remains a staunch believer in the value of data-driven decisions.
Myers currently resides in Chicago where he is quarantining with his amazing 16-year old Lab/Border Collie, Duke.
