Director, Client Retention
Liz Karolak was named the Director of Client Retention for Olympia Entertainment, the Detroit Red Wings in 2010. In her current role, Liz is responsible for overseeing the customer retention departments for ticketing and premium service. Her teams service and renew season ticket members, assist with the renewal of suite and premium leases as well as sell new business. She also handles all the member events for Winged Wheel Nation, the membership platform for the Detroit Red Wings.
Prior to joining Olympia Entertainment, Liz spent 10 years with Palace Sports and Entertainment. Karolak started with Palace Sports and Entertainment as the MyPal Assistant Manager and ascended through several positions to the Director of Customer Retention. As the Director of Customer Retention, Liz and her staff developed several customer service initiatives that have become commonplace in the professional sports landscape.
Liz earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from Central Michigan University, where she was a member of the Women’s Track & Field team. A Connecticut native, Liz currently resides in metro Detroit, with her husband, Scott, and two children.
