Director, Service & Retention
Kristina Filipovic currently serves as the Director of Service and Retention for the Milwaukee Bucks.
She began her career at the Bucks as a Group Sales intern and then landed a position as a Sales Associate upon graduating from Lakeland College in Sheboygan, WI. From there, Kristina was able to steadily rise through the ranks which led to a leadership role on the retention side of the business.
From servicing clients firsthand, to now leading a team who is tasked with providing world class client service, Kristina attributes her success thus far to her tremendous work ethic and positive attitude.
Some of Kristina’s professional accomplishments include opening up Fiserv Forum, implementing a new membership platform, helping lead a team that sold 10,000 full season memberships for the first time in franchise history, and successfully navigating her team through the COVID-19 pandemic. The last of which includes three different capacity changes throughout the 2021 NBA Playoffs and was capped off with the Bucks winning the 2021 NBA Championship.
In her personal life, Kristina is very proud of her Serbian heritage and is actively involved with her church. She also loves spending time with her family and travelling when she can.
