Head of Emerging Brands
Jonathan Kander is currently the Head of Emerging Brands at Gatorade where he leads
commercialization and brand marketing strategy for Gatorade Endurance, Gatorade athletic equipment
and Gx – Gatorade’s custom hydration platform. Prior to this role, Jonathan has worked across several
teams within Gatorade where he led the launch of Gatorade’s largest innovation, Gatorade Zero, and
helped support the re-branding of the NBA G League.
Prior to joining Gatorade, Jonathan worked at GMR Marketing where he led negotiations and strategy
for Comcast’s sports marketing partnerships and at IEG where he developed sponsorship strategy for
several properties and corporate brands.
Jonathan has his MBA/MSA from Ohio University and BA from Wake Forest University.
