Dennis has over 25 years of experience in Customer Loyalty, CRM, Customer Experience Strategy and Promotional Marketing Services. Prior to starting Authentic Sports Marketing, Dennis was the Chief Revenue Officer for YA Engage where he worked with clients such as T-Mobile, Lowe’s, US Cellular, PepsiCo and others. Prior to joining YA, Dennis was the Vice President and Managing Partner of LoyaltyOne Consulting and the Editor at Large for Colloquy – an industry leading loyalty and customer engagement publication. Clients included Target, Walgreens, Alaska Airlines, Hertz, Domino’s Pizza, Kellogg’s and BMW. His work in the Loyalty and CRM industry began at Carlson Marketing Group (Aimia), where he rose to the position of Vice President, Loyalty and CRM for Carlson’s global line-of-business. Dennis has been a contributing columnist for USA Today and CMO Magazine and is a frequent guest speaker at national marketing conferences.
