Bob has spent his career designing some of the world’s leading consumer loyalty and employee engagement programs. As Founder and Managing Partner of Authentic Sports Marketing, Bob collaborates with leading brands on customer strategy, retention marketing, employee engagement, branding and creative solutions for clients primarily in the sports, travel and hospitality industries. Clients include ESPN, The Minnesota Twins, Minnesota United FC, Virgin Brands, Okada Manila Resort & Casino, British Airways, Singapore Airlines and Coca-Cola. Earlier in his career, Bob was Group Creative Director and Director of Business Development at Carlson Marketing Group, International Creative Director at The Lacek Group Worldwide, and a copywriter for ad agencies in Singapore, Japan and Belgium. He holds a BA degree in Advertising Journalism from the School of Journalism & Mass Communication at the University of Minnesota and speaks frequently at industry conferences and universities.
