Have you ever wondered what it takes to pull off a successful PGA Tour Championship event or a UFC event? Are you currently planning a similar sized event in your market and would enjoy and opportunity to ask questions of your peers during a very engaging 2-hour session? Then, you won’t want to miss this session as both Jeff Lapsansky, Director of Tickets Sales & Marketing for the BMW Championships – a playoff event on the PGA Tour, and Ryan Richeal, Director of Partnership Activation for the UFC, takes you through their organization’s keys to success. Both of these presentations will include an overview of the challenges faced in pulling off a big event, the strategies, tactics and resources needed to pull off a successful tournament, a look at the customer experience and what factors are to be considered to achieve success, and finally how is success measured against the initial set of event objectives. This is a can’t miss workshop for sports industry executives who pull off major events throughout the world on a regular basis. All levels of executives are invited to attend from marketing managers up through CEO’s.
