Kings Innovation at its Finest


OBJECTIVES

The Sacramento Kings are yet again leading the way in technological innovation with help from ClearSlide. The Kings, a longtime partner of ClearSlide, knew that the feature provided by the organization would be an immediate enhancement to their newest initiative to create a more personalized sales experience. In working closely with ClearSlide, the Kings focused on improving the digital side with an online editing feature in hope to amplify the results of the sales department. The team needed an editing feature that could give the sales team real-time control of the content that is being presented. The functionality would also need to source a way to analyze the effectiveness of the material as well as provide analytics on customers’ engagement.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Looking to add a sense of ease to the Kings fast-paced environment, ClearSlide integrated an editing feature that granted the Kings the ability to make edits “on-the-fly” to PowerPoint presentations while allowing them to maintain the control of the content, brand messaging and corporate identity. The Kings sales teams are dependent on visual representation of member benefits and have a variety of options, so all analytics correspondent to the initiative are monitored by the software to help them keep track of the results. The feature can also allow for all in attendance to get a view no matter their location in the arena.

 

PARTNERSHIP

Having worked together before, the Kings and ClearSlide have a trusted partnership that secures mutual success in their respective fields. Working closely with the account managers and client success, the Kings ensured that adding this editing feature be a positive reinforcement of the investment team, and that the sales department would be able to reap the maximum amount of benefit out of ClearSlide.

RESULTS

ClearSlide delivered asset level analytics to the Kings that provide insight into the production and effectiveness of the content. By integrating the abilities to update messaging and formatting abilities to the Kings, ClearSlide has helped the Kings more clearly adhere to their brand image while also allowing for an increase in tool adoption and internal usage of the program.

LOOKING AHEAD

With ClearSlide giving the Kings the ability to provide feedback on the effectiveness of their marketing, they now have an improved system for consumer-based content that maximizes customer engagement for all clients. This will be an ongoing program the Kings can utilize when creating the optimal practices for proposal structure and content.
