Inside Sales is one segment of the industry that never gets a lot of focus. The Inside Sales Managers (ISM) Workshop helps Inside Sales Managers get professional development that services their unique position.
Ticket sales represent a significant portion of business as U.S. Sports ticket revenues alone were $18.7 billion in 2016, and are projected to increase to $20.8 billion by 2020, according to PricewaterhouseCoopers. Inside Sales Managers are truly the lifeblood of their organizations as they aim to build the next generation of executives while raising revenues in the process.
First launched in 2017, the ISM Workshop is dedicated to honing all the skills necessary to become an effective Inside Sales Manager.
