The Inside Sales Managers workshop helps Inside Sales Managers get professional development that services their unique needs.   • Interviewing – 11:00am
  • Recruiting – Where to find candidates, Identifying sales candidates, Interview Questions, & Hiring Events

Afternoon Session: 1:15pm – 3:30pm

  • Leadership – 1:15pm
  • Defining & Displaying your leadership style, Creating a sales culture, & Sales Management
  • Sales Training – 2:15pm
  • Modern Day Metrics, Skill Sets, Strategies, & Reinforcement

The goal of this workshop is to bring the industries’ Inside Sales Managers together and create a dynamic day of education.
