Transforming Your Fans and Crafting an Innovative Fan Experience Workshop

In this interactive workshop, the BRC experience design team, behind some of the top brand experiences around the world, took attendees through an abbreviated version of their creative workshop process. In this session, you were able to learn how to create an engaging, immersive fan experience in your stadium, create or update your hall of fame or fan center that is crafted and assembled through a powerful story and theme. If you were a big market team or small, attendees left with an insightful understanding of how to break down a fan experience, turn it into a story that will take your fans on an emotional journey and turn your fans into super fans. After this workshop, attendees were invited to join the Non-Traditional Revenue workshop (12 pm to 5 pm) and to share about what the session created together as well as other ways to increase and extend the revenue opportunities beyond the normal game day.
