As the Regional Vice President of Event Marketing and Sales for the East Central Region at Feld Entertainment Inc., Amy Dubinsky is responsible for the management and approval of the overall marketing strategy, pricing models and incentive plans for more than 150 engagements across the Feld Entertainment portfolio – Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey®, Disney On Ice, Disney Live!, Monster Jam®, Monster Energy® Supercross, AMSOIL Arenacross and Marvel Universe LIVE! Dubinsky has been at the helm of pioneering strategic marketing efforts at Feld for more than two decades, overseeing a team of 18 marketing and communications professionals. She continues to be integral in the development of companywide iniatives, such as paid digital strategies, street team programs, grass roots initiatives, viral marketing and social media integration.

Dubinsky started working at Feld Entertainment in 1995 as a Regional Marketing and Sales Manager in Boston, Mass. She quickly set herself apart, not only by being the youngest person to promote the Boston market, but also by achieving 120 percent of annual projections and more than $1M in media exposure for her combined shows. Within three years, Dubinsky was promoted to director, where she continued to produce significant figures for the company, surpassing annual projections yet again, securing the Boston area’s first, major five-figure sponsorship deal in the iWireless category and creating the first sponsor-driven, private performance of Disney On Ice.

In 2000, Dubinsky was promoted to her current role as VP of Event Marketing and Sales for the East Central Region. Throughout her tenure in this position, Dubinsky has implemented innovative reform both internally and externally. Her “mom influencer” programs for Ringling Bros. and Disney On Ice have now become standard across all domestic regions, earning her a WOMMY Award (Word of Mouth Marketing). She also serves as a mentor for new regional vice presidents and has developed hiring strategies that prepare prospective marketing managers, resulting in lower employee attrition.

Dubinsky holds a Bachelor of Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin. She resides outside of Chicago in Northbrook, Ill. with her husband and 2 children.
