Ticket sales represent a significant portion of business as U.S. Sports ticket revenues alone were $18.7 billion in 2016, and are projected to increase to $20.8 billion by 2020, according to PricewaterhouseCoopers. Inside Sales Managers are truly the lifeblood of their organizations as they aim to build the next generation of executives while raising revenues in the process.
