Inside Sales is one segment of the industry that never gets a lot of focus. The Inside Sales Managers (ISM) Workshop helps Inside Sales Managers get professional development that services their unique position.
Ticket sales represent a significant portion of business as U.S. Sports ticket revenues alone were $18.7 billion in 2016, projected to increase to $20.8 billion by 2020, according to PricewaterhouseCoopers. Due to this fact, Inside Sales Managers are truly the lifeblood of their organizations as they aim to build the next generation of executives while raising revenues in the process.
First launched in 2017, the ISM Workshop is dedicated to honing all the skills necessary to become an effective Inside Sales Manager. In an effort to get an idea of what this workshop focuses on, we’ve listed the 2017 Itinerary below. Information on the 2018 ISM Workshop will be made available shortly.
Morning Session: 9:00am – 12:30pm
Afternoon Session: 1:15pm – 3:30pm
The goal of this workshop is to bring the industries’ Inside Sales Managers together and create a dynamic day of education. By taking part in the ISM Workshop, Inside Sales Managers will be able to share best practices (i.e. – hiring, management strategies, etc.) among their peers from all across the sports industry.
